What’s included in my order?

Each sign comes with the neon sign itself, a 12v adapter, mounting screws, optional dimmer (if selected), and setup instructions.

How long does it take to receive my sign?

Production usually takes 1–4 days. Shipping typically takes 1–3 days or up to 30 days worldwide depending on your location.

Do I get a warranty?

Yes — all our signs come with a 2-year warranty covering materials and workmanship. "breaking" the sign is not covered.

Is it safe to use at home?
